Patient data is sensitive. We treat it that way. OpSync is built with encryption, access controls, and monitoring designed for healthcare — so your practice can focus on patient care, not IT risk.
All data is stored in Australian data centres and never leaves the country. Information is encrypted both in transit and at rest, and automated daily backups ensure nothing is lost.
Access to patient information is tightly controlled. Staff permissions are role-based, patient portal access supports multi-factor authentication, and every action in the system is logged for auditability.
